A compressor can need substantially more current when it starts than while it runs. Record each model, rated running input and Compressor Starting Current. Avrio must assess starting loads and simultaneous restarts before confirming suitability; a low running total alone is not approval.
Include freezer cabinets, display chillers, controllers and any essential lighting. Note defrost heaters, operating hours, door-opening patterns and whether several compressors restart together. Use measured watts where available; do not enter cooling capacity as electrical input.
Load cycling and operating conditions affect energy use. The calculator uses your entered running watts for the full requested time and does not assume a duty-cycle saving. No fixed number of freezers or runtime is guaranteed. Maintain your own food-storage procedures.
For supermarkets and cold rooms, identify selected critical loads first. Whole-site backup needs measured data and engineering review. Send equipment nameplate photos and a load list for a refrigeration assessment.
