It connects to a supported BMS through Bluetooth Low Energy, sends live battery data to the Avrio cloud, and lets customers monitor battery health from a web dashboard or mobile-ready interface.

Power Avrio Link
Power the device near the battery BMS using a stable USB power source.

Configure locally
On first boot, connect to AVRIO-BMS-SETUP and open 192.168.4.1.

Select WiFi and BMS
Choose the customer WiFi network, scan Bluetooth, and select the compatible JK BMS.

Activate cloud account
Enter the activation code and connect the device to smart.avrio.lk.

Monitor remotely

Does Avrio Link monitor inverters today?
No. Inverter monitoring is a future Avrio Link V2 or gateway module direction. Compatibility will depend on RS232, RS485, CAN, and available inverter protocol access.
How does Avrio Link connect?
The ESP32 device connects to 2.4GHz WiFi for cloud access and connects to one compatible JK Bluetooth BMS using BLE.
Can I try the Avrio Link dashboard before buying?
Yes. Customers can try the live demo at smart.avrio.lk/demo and review the user manual before setting up a device.
Is live BMS monitoring free for Avrio Link customers?

What battery information can I monitor?
Avrio Link can show voltage, current, SOC, power, temperature, cell voltages, min/max cell voltage, cell delta, online/offline status, heartbeat, WiFi/BLE signal quality, alerts, firmware, warranty, and device management information where the connected BMS provides it.
What is the warranty?
The current concept is a 6-month one-to-one hardware warranty, activated automatically when the device first connects and sends data. Warranty sticker damage voids warranty.
