Monitor. Protect. Perform. Smart JK-compatible Bluetooth BMS monitoring today, with a phased path toward a unified sustainable-energy cloud platform.
Smart monitoring project
Avrio Link is a smart battery monitoring device and cloud platform for sustainable energy systems. The current production version supports JK-compatible Bluetooth BMS monitoring only. It connects to a supported BMS through Bluetooth Low Energy, sends live battery data to the Avrio cloud, and lets customers monitor battery health from a web dashboard or mobile-ready interface.
Controller: ESP32 controller platform
Focus: Independent smart BMS monitoring for JK-compatible Bluetooth BMS users, Avrio Smart ESS, inverter backup, and off-grid solar storage
Platform: smart.avrio.lk

Project structure
Avrio Link runs on ESP32 hardware and is prepared as a compact customer device with production flashing and serial labeling.
The device connects to one supported JK-compatible Bluetooth BMS and reads real telemetry rather than generating demo data.
Live BMS data is posted securely to the Avrio cloud system used by smart.avrio.lk.
Customers can view the latest battery values, device health, smart alerts, diagnostics, and future modules.
Big vision
Avrio Link is starting with JK-compatible Bluetooth BMS monitoring. The long-term goal is to build one smart platform for sustainable power systems, where batteries, BMS units, inverters, solar systems, grid backup, loads, EV conversions, and future energy devices can be monitored from one Avrio dashboard.
The current production device remains focused on JK-compatible Bluetooth BMS monitoring. Batteries, inverters, solar, grid, loads, EV conversions, and backup systems will be added only where the communication interface and protocol can be validated.

FAQ
No. The current production release supports JK-compatible Bluetooth BMS monitoring only. Additional BMS modules will be released phase by phase after protocol validation.
No. Inverter monitoring is a future Avrio Link V2 or gateway module direction. Compatibility will depend on RS232, RS485, CAN, and available inverter protocol access.
The ESP32 device connects to 2.4GHz WiFi for cloud access and connects to one compatible JK Bluetooth BMS using BLE.
Yes. Customers can try the live demo at smart.avrio.lk/demo and review the user manual before setting up a device.
Yes. Avrio Link includes lifetime free live BMS monitoring and Smart Alert service for the current JK-compatible Bluetooth BMS monitoring release. Future advanced modules or services may be introduced separately.
Avrio Link can show voltage, current, SOC, power, temperature, cell voltages, min/max cell voltage, cell delta, online/offline status, heartbeat, WiFi/BLE signal quality, alerts, firmware, warranty, and device management information where the connected BMS provides it.
The current concept is a 6-month one-to-one hardware warranty, activated automatically when the device first connects and sends data. Warranty sticker damage voids warranty.
